Frequently asked questions
Q: Do I need to enter the domain\username when logging on?
A: No, you only need to enter your HNEAHS username.
Q: What happened to all the login options?
A: There is no need to choose what you would like to do before you log in now. Access to different resources will be identified by your access level.
Q: Do I need to upgrade my software?
A: No, This upgrade doesn't require you to upgrade your Citrix client, however you can choose to if you wish. If you have access to the VPN, you will be asked if you would like to download the new VPN client.
Q: What new features are there?
A: Support for Windows 7 and x64 operating systems.
A: Access to WebMail through the Access Gateway.
A: Access to most internal web sites. Note: Some internal sites may not work.
A: Access to files and network drives.
Q: I can't access my home drive?
A: Please log a call with 13800. This can be resolved on an individual basis.
Q: I can't access HSS Citrix including Chime from the intranet link?
A: Please login to the Intranet Citrix icon from the Applications menu to access chime.
